The service
CodRobot provides tools to automate WhatsApp conversations, manage COD orders, connect e-commerce stores, and related business workflows. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
We may offer free trials, paid plans, and optional integrations. Availability of specific features may depend on your plan and connected platforms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you register on behalf of.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending spam, violating applicable messaging or consumer laws, infringing intellectual property, attempting unauthorized access, or using the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your connected WhatsApp numbers and for obtaining required customer consents.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent billing periods.
Third-party services
Integrations with WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce, payment providers, and other third parties are subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Intellectual property
CodRobot retains all rights in the software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your business content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, or delivery of messages through third-party networks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
